Sport

Students at Taita College have available to them a wide range of sporting activities. Taita College wishes to retain this range of options but do not meet the cost of affiliation fees, registration fees and tournament costs from the school's budget. A registration fee is charged for most codes and this is required to be paid prior to the commencement of summer and winter sport fixtures. Costs such as uniform fees (where appropriate), turf fees, umpire fees and pool hire are additional.

College Sport Wellington are the organisation who organise many of the sporting codes in the Wellington region. They have an excellent website that provides information on weekly and season draws, points tables, results and a host of other information. The website address is: www.college-sport.org.nz
(NB: there are sometimes changes to the draws posted on the website. These are posted on the sports noticeboard or circulated through daily form class notices)

Season or weekly draws are posted on the sports noticeboard and/or daily notices. It is up to the students to check their playing details each week and keep themselves informed
